  • Non-resellable product: If the product is opened and cannot be resold, it will be returned to you at your expense.

  • Damaged product: If you receive a defective or broken item, you must notify us within 24 hours of receipt.

🚚 Shipping Costs

• Initial shipping fees are non-creditable.

• Free Shipping: If you benefited from free or reduced shipping, the actual cost of the transport fees incurred by us will be deducted from your credit amount.

• Return shipping costs by mail are the responsibility of the customer.
