Skyjo, a colorful card game Skyjo is a card game played in several rounds. The game ends when a player reaches or exceeds 100 points. At the end of the game, the player with the fewest points is declared the winner. The goal of Skyjo is to collect as few points as possible throughout the game. How to play? Game setup: Each player receives 12 cards n One card is placed face up in the middle of the table which will constitute the discard pile. The other cards will form the draw pile. n Each player places their 12 cards in front of them in 4 vertical rows of 3 face down cards. n Each player reveals 2 cards of their choice. n The player with the highest sum (of the two cards) of points starts the game. n Game play: The player draws a card. He has the choice between the first card (face up) of the discard pile (he must then exchange this card with one of his 12 cards) or the first card (face down) of the draw pile (he has the right to look at the card and choose whether or not to exchange it with one of his 12 cards). The round ends when a player has revealed all his cards. The other players still have the opportunity to play one more time to finish the round. The players count the points. The player who has revealed all his cards must have the lowest number of points. Otherwise, his points are doubled. And the winner is ... At the end of each round, the players' points are counted and added to the total score. If at the end of a round, a player reaches or exceeds 100 points, the game ends.
