Find a quiet place. Get comfortable, with your notebook and a set of colored pencils (or markers) in front of you. Clear your mind, breathe deeply. Ready? Read a quote. Choose a word or a general impression and visualize it for a few minutes, with your eyes half-closed if necessary. Finally, you are connected to yourself and your emotions are calming. Then take the notebook in front of you and color the drawing according to the example. Take your time and be careful. Little by little, you will relax. To finish the session, try to reproduce the drawing.
