Description

Suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder for months, Alex Tremblay has no choice but to take a break from his work as an investigator. While holed up in his Old Montreal apartment, he stumbles upon an article about the disappearance of Mélissa Marcoux, which occurred twenty-five years earlier. He knew the young woman personally, having had a relationship with her around the time she vanished without a trace. Still haunted by her story, despite the years that have passed, he decides to return to Saguenay–Lac-Saint-Jean, his home region, hoping to finally solve the mystery.

To achieve his goals, the police officer will have to reconnect with his loved ones, whom he hasn't seen in ages. This return to his roots will severely test his resilience, but will also lead him to cross paths with the journalist whose article brought his past to light…
