Description
Hazel Hart, a romantic comedy author, has to leave her New York apartment at the same time she receives a final warning from her publisher to submit her eagerly awaited book. But she's been suffering from depression since her breakup with her husband and can no longer write. On a whim, she buys a house in a small town, sight unseen, hoping to create a new life for herself. She brings her best friend and agent, Zoey, with her. After a tumultuous arrival in Story Lake, Hazel discovers she owns a completely dilapidated house and that integrating into a small town isn't as simple as she thought. Hope returns when she meets the Bishop brothers, who will not only help her renovate her house but, perhaps, also find her inspiration again.
