Description
A 26-year-old man, diagnosed with early-onset Alzheimer's, wishes to embark on one last journey. Seeking an adventure companion to share this final voyage with him. Émile doesn't have much time left to live. He has decided to flee the hospital and the pity of his family and friends. To his own surprise, he receives a response to his ad.
Three days later, in front of a camper van he secretly bought, he meets Joanne, a young woman wearing a large black hat, carrying only a backpack, and offering no explanation for her presence. Thus begins a breathtakingly beautiful journey where, through encounters with others and self-discovery, joy, fear, friendship, and love are born, gradually piercing Émile's shell of pain.
